Duet Pilates Package of 10

Enjoy the strengthening, lengthening and core workout pilates offers with a master teacher. Duet package is to be shared by two people, and will be offered at my private Greenwich studio. (At home pilates mat classes are also available. Please contact me.)

Genevieve X. Boulanger is a classically trained and certified Pilates and Yoga instructor. She has over 700 hours of training in Power Pilates and Authentic Pilates from the infamous New York Pilates Studio. Genevieve also earned her 300 hour yoga teacher training certification from renowned gurus Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman, Richard Freeman, Richard Rosen and Manorama.

In addition, Genevieve completed a 13 week anatomy class taught by Dr. Howard Sichel. By re-strengthening her understanding of the skeletal and muscular systems, as their movements relate to exercise, she is able to inform her students on proper alignments, so that her students experience a safer, more effective and efficient, Pilates and Yoga session.

Prior to opening her own studio in Greenwich, CT, Genevieve taught in NYC for 5 years where she closely studied with Bob Liekens, Suzanne Lavey, Stephanie Beatty, Sean Gallagher, Ton Voogt, Michael Fritz, and Brett Howard.

She also studied at Katonah Yoga for 10 years with Nevine Michaan.
