Ever want to try our large format dinners but didn't have enough people? We will now be offering a monthly special here on Let's Dutch where you can book your individual space for one of our dinners.

This month will be the Brisket Feast. The Seven Spice Beef Brisket Ssäm features a prime angus beef brisket which is brined, smoked, then slow roasted. It feeds 6 to 10 people, and includes the brisket, a watercress and herb salad, and two bowls each of white rice, bibb lettuce, Korean-style barbecue sauce, kimchi, pickled cabbage and fruits, and horseradish sauce. Guests are encouraged to make wraps with the brisket and condiments or eat as they please.

What a fabulous dinner! The bo ssäm was sooo delicious and more than met expectations, and the dinner was very well organized and hosted. Smooth communication and operation every step of the way. The group of people I met who joined this dinner was really cool too. Very happy with this experience and would absolutely do it again!
