It is time for another Bo Ssam Feast at Momofuku! You no longer have to skip out on this dinner because your friends can't join, just pay your share, while others pay theirs, and enjoy a feast you wouldn't and couldn't book for yourself.

Tax and Tip included. Anything ordered in addition will be billed separately.

Ssäm is Korean for enclosed or wrapped! A pork shoulder is cured overnight, then slow roasted for 6-8 hours before being glazed in brown sugar and its roasting juices. The Bo Ssam feeds up to 10 people, and includes the slow-cooked pork shoulder, a dozen oysters, and two bowls each of white rice, bibb lettuce, Korean-style barbecue sauce, kimchi and ginger scallion sauce. Guests are encouraged to make wraps with the pork and condiments or eat as they please.

What a fabulous dinner! The bo ssäm was sooo delicious and more than met expectations, and the dinner was very well organized and hosted. Smooth communication and operation every step of the way. The group of people I met who joined this dinner was really cool too. Very happy with this experience and would absolutely do it again!
