The living room and family rooms have plush, comfortable seating. The dining room table seats 8 people, and 8 people can be seated in the kitchen between the 4 person table and 4 counter stools. All kitchenware is luxe, including Stainless steel Cuisinart cookware, Ninja kitchen system, Omega juicer, and enough matching plates, glassware and silverware for 12 people. The outdoor space has a teak dining table with umbrella that seats 10, 8 chaise lounges line the pool, and a brand new Restoration Hardware deep-seated sofa with linen cushions. There is also a hammock, a fire pit, and a brand new Weber Genesis stainless steel barbeque. The heated gunite pool (40 ft) in the yard is surrounded by trees backing up to farm fields and the house is equipped with a Sonos sound system.
