Health and Wellness Coaching with Whitney Scott 3 month Plan
As a Holistic Health Coach, Whitney will be your ally in achieving your personal health and nutrition goals. Whether you want someone to hold you accountable to a generally healthful diet, provide guidance on how to balance an active, social lifestyle while eating healthfully, or help relieve suffering from food intolerance, inflammation, or food- elated discomfort, Whitney can help. Your plan starts with Health Histories, where Whitney and you will discuss your health goals and determine a plan of action to help you accomplish them. You bring the willingness and commitment to attempt change and Whitney will provide you with the HOW and WHEN you can expect those changes to become your new healthy habits. Think of Whitney as your cheerleader on the sidelines.
This 3 month program includes:
*Meeting 2x a month (via in-person, Skype, or phone) *Food inventory checklist/grocery shopping to help you stock a healthy fridge & pantry *Progress tracking and support in between your sessions *NYC based fitness events to help you get into the environment of health and wellness *Recipes and tricks of the trade for an elaborate meal, or quick meals and snacks you can make on weeknights, or take to work for lunch
Clients may pay as they go and if paid up front there is a $100 discount. (You may also buy a single session for $100. Please email us directly for this at firstname.lastname@example.org.)
