On December 19, 2017, join us for Mexican Night with Chef Matt Rojas! Chef Matt Rojas will be cooking up recipes straight from his mother's kitchen back in Arizona. Ingredients are being flown in from Arizona. The cuisine will be neither Asian nor will it be authentic Mexican, as the dishes will feature New Mexico Hatch Peppers and distinct Southwestern flare! Get a taste if Chef Rojas' childhood, don't miss it!
