Cancellations and Refunds: Any deposits or partial trip payments for a
SKI SOULS tour are fully refundable for cancellations made by September 1
preceding that SKI SOULS tour, unless a deposit has been specifically
labelled as “non-refundable”.
You will receive a full refund of payments you have made, less a $100
administrative fee, for cancellations made up to 90 days before the
beginning of the tour, unless a deposit has been specifically labelled as “nonrefundable”.
After 90 days, you will receive a 50% refund for cancellations
made up to 60 days before the beginning of the tour. After 60 days before
the beginning of the tour, we cannot guarantee any refunds for
cancellations. Cancellation terms are determined based on the date we
receive your written cancellation notice. If we cancel a tour for any reason,
you will receive a full refund of any payments you have made to SKI SOULS
for that tour within 14 days of the cancellation.
Your reservation for a SKI SOULS tour is not transferable to another person
without our previous authorization, which we will not unreasonably withhold.
You understand that we will provide our hotels (or other accommodations)
with the names of our reserved guests.
